Our second trip of 2015 to the Paso Picacho campground in Cuyamaca Rancho State Park certainly proved to be warmer than the first. Spring was finally here, and the sun was shining.
We had learned a lot from our first teardrop camping adventure, and this time everything we needed got packed. Xaria had grown a lot in the last month and appeared to be pretty happy to be back out in nature.
We keep cooking fairly simple when we're camping. A good fried breakfast in the morning sets you up for the day, light snack with fruit for lunch and then warm through some pre-made stew or chili con carne for dinner.
